Pick of the Plots: Tuesday 17th September
The latest goings on in EastEnders, Emmerdale, Hollyoaks and Doctors.
Bobby stirs in a park and makes his way back to the Square where his behaviour is noticed by Callum who checks if he’s okay. Bobby soon finds himself in another sparring session with Rainie, but when it becomes too much for him, Rainie tries to reassure Bobby unaware that he is hearing Lucy’s voice.
Meanwhile, after confronting Kathy about giving Rainie painkillers, Stuart strikes a deal that benefits them both. Ian soon arrives and is furious to learn about Imran and as tensions escalate, Kathy and Ian blame each other for Bobby struggling to settle back into Walford.
Elsewhere, Phil demands that Jay find someone else to arrange Hunter’s funeral; Callum is filled with nerves when Ben asks him out for a drink; Keegan offers his services at Walford East but has an ulterior motive for doing so; Louise plans a surprise for Bex, and Linda tries to fit in with the other school mums.
EastEnders, Tuesday at 7.30pm on BBC One.
Chicken-poxed and anxious, Charity worries about Sarah and reminds her she’s grounded, but Sarah’s outlook leaves Charity concerned.
Meanwhile, Robert and Aaron decide to help Marlon.
Elsewhere, Harriet throws caution to the wind.
Emmerdale, Tuesday at 7pm on ITV, STV and UTV.
Sinead is ready for her engagement party at The Loft and drops Hannah of at Leela’s for the night. Ste is furious that he’s not allowed to see Hannah and he and Sami argue.
Stuart and Jonny’s big plan is off when Stuart points out that they’re being followed by plain clothed police officers. Jonny refuses to give up and in a fit of rage decides to target The Loft leaving Ste and Dave feeling uneasy.
At The Loft, Sinead is annoyed with Sami for sinking to Ste’s level, but feels guilty when Sami explains what he’s had to put up with his whole life. Everyone is enjoying the party, unaware of the danger that Jonny is threatening.
Yasmine is still at the Maaliks getting the balloons ready for the party and worries that she’s going to get stuck in the doorway when she prepares too many. Next door, Jonny storms out of Stuart’s house with a mystery package. When he places it down on the garden table and it falls off, and both he and Yazz are caught in an explosion.
Hollyoaks, Tuesday at 6.30pm on Channel 4 and a ‘first look’ at 7pm on E4.
Al arrives at his Mum’s and is happy to find her in a buoyant mood. However, this relief is short-lived when Al steps out for a ciggie and catches sight of Eve kissing a man through the window. Eve introduced Al to her new boyfriend, Ray, and Al feels sick when they start kissing again.
Worried that Ray is a conman, Al confronts his mother but she is adamant that they are in love and if he doesn’t like it then he can leave. Realising that Ray plans to stay the night Al gets him alone and tells him to take his bag and get out.
Meanwhile, Josh’s parents face a final heart-breaking decision.
