Pick of the Plots: Friday June 28th
The latest goings on in Coronation Street, Emmerdale and Hollyoaks.
A teenage girl arrives looking for Rick, who is she?
Meanwhile, Geoff undermines Alya’s efforts to get Yasmeen to go to work, and he’s pleased when Yasmeen declines to go out for a drink with Sally and Tim. He also talks Yasmeen out of going out for some fresh air. Later, Geoff is disappointed when a newly confident Yasmeen tells him that her mugger has been arrested and when a self-defence class doesn’t go to plan, he’s left smarting.
Later Alya brings Ryan and his two DJ mates back to No.6 after a night out. Geoff’s annoyed when Yasmeen joins in the party. As Alya falls asleep on the sofa at No.6, a gloved hand opens a drawer to remove a box of precious jewellery and treasured photographs.
Elsewhere, David tries to reassure Shona by booking their wedding, but Gail notes that he could be locked up by then. Tim rejects Steve’s idea of dressing Tiny up as a unicorn and hiring him out for children’s parties. Maria’s feeling her age.

Liberty is hammering the wedding planning today, but Sami rushes off to be with Sinead, leaving Liberty to taste wedding cakes on her own. Liberty comes to a decision after seeing Sami eating ice cream with Sinead and Hannah. Later, Sami tells Sinead that his engagement is over because he has feelings for her. She is furious that he would tell her this so soon after everything that’s happened.
Meanwhile, Liam tricks Sylver in to coming to The Loft, so that he can see his wife desperate for drugs. He locks Sylver in his office, but then changes his mind and lets him out. Lisa sees Liam with Mercedes for a second time that day, and she’s had enough. She tells him that he must sign The Loft over to her, or she will tell the police about the crash.
Elsewhere, Levi asks Scott out, not recognising him as the drag queen from last night, but Scott is still angry with his behaviour. After talking to Martine, Scott decides to give Levi a chance.
Hollyoaks, Friday at 6.30pm on Channel 4 and a ‘first look’ at 7pm on E4.
