Alya discovers from Sean that Josh is at Billy’s flat and decides to confront him. Alya’s visit prompts Billy to come clean to David who doesn’t take the news well.
Meanwhile, Daniel tells Robert and Michelle who Cormac’s dad is as Ryan, Sophie and Bethany plan a night on the town. Michelle warns Ryan to be careful. Later, Cormac takes some coke and offers ecstasy pills to Sophie, Bethany and Ryan. Bethany and Sophie leave and Ryan runs after them. Ryan later finds Cormac fitting and calls Ali who dashes round believing an ambulance has also been called, when he realises otherwise he urges Ryan to call one, but before they can arrive Cormac dies.
Elsewhere, Steve is worried that Peter will spill his secret; Jude has a mare on Yasmeen’s first aid course but lies to Angie about how it went; Jude is shocked when Roy offers a cheque for £3k to help fund his paramedic training; and Brian has a crisis of confidence.

Determined, Linda enlists Halfway’s help to get through to Zara; desperately trying to convince her that Stuart is lying. Off the back of this, Zara pays a visit to Mick and implores him to tell the truth for the sake of Ollie – she’s standing by her dad. Meanwhile, Fraser’s threat hangs over him Mick.
Hunter’s suspicions that Ray is hiding something grow and after an odd encounter he goes home and does some digging leading to a suspicious discovery.
Elsewhere jealous of Keanu and Hayley’s friendship, Sharon rescinds her car offer; Bex has a heart to heart with Carmel.

Hunter and Asha are back after their summer in Brighton. Hunter is horrified when he sees Mac and sprays ‘killer Mac is back’ on the walls. Hunter and Asha talk about their plans to move to Brighton, all seems amazing between the two, until Hunter accidently calls her by her sister’s name, Neeta.
Elsewhere, Breda mulls over her work options; Damon receives a letter from his dad Buster asking him to visit him in prison; and Brody is trying his best to woo Liberty again.

Heston is enjoying the work going on, as it means ‘his’ Minor Surgery Unit is nearly ready. He seems to expecting some kind of celebration for the opening, but Valerie says she doesn’t believe there is anything. Valerie tells Ayesha she thinks Heston is feeling bad, and Mrs Tembe overhears. Heston is somewhat put out that there is no celebration, so Ruhma offers to take him out for dinner instead.
Mrs Tembe admits to Valerie she had intended to do something for the MSU, but has been so busy and forgot. She is keen to rectify this and soon plans are afoot. Al thought the MSU was Sid’s as well, but Sid brushes off his concern. Valerie gets worried when she finds out about Heston’s plans with Ruhma.
