Pick of the Plots: Thursday July 26th

The latest goings on in EastEnders, Emmerdale, and Hollyoaks.

Horrified by her actions, Tina seeks help from Mick and Linda. Shirley’s back but before they can fill her in she announces the police are outside and Tina gets arrested for attacking Stuart. Mick desperately calls round all his old mates to see if any of them can corroborate Tina’s claims about the past.

Meanwhile, Kat is left to clean Ian’s restaurant alone but she pours herself a drink and falls asleep. When Hayley checks in on her, Kat admits she’s trying to get lots of work to be a good role model for her kids but faced with the impossible task Kat gives up and leaves. Hayley catches up with her and persuades Kat not to throw the towel in.

Elsewhere, Jean won’t let the christening idea drop but Stacey isn’t interested. Martin comes round to the idea.

EastEnders, Thursday at 7.30pm on BBC One.

It’s Lachlan’s birthday and he fakes a text from Rebecca to himself. However, Lachlan soon loses his temper when he is quizzed about Rebecca and rushes out. Robert is worried and wants to search Rebecca’s room for clues. 

Robert finds something shocking. Is the game up for Lachlan?

Meanwhile, Aaron and Robert secretly plan to propose to each other.

Emmerdale, Thursday at 7pm on ITV, STV and UTV.

Hunter reveals to Prince he saw a dead body in the woods. Prince finds out that Hunter is back on the pills and washes them down the  sink, making Hunter promise he will always confide in him before thinking about taking them again.

Later, Lily surprises Prince with a honeymoon in the park, a paddling pool and a picnic. Who needs Vegas.

Elsewhere, Leela has more than a handful babysitting Rose, Daniel and Iona, so hires Breda as their new nanny.

Hollyoaks, Thursday at 6.30pm on Channel 4 and a ‘first look’ at 7pm on E4.
