Pick of the Plots: Friday April 6th
We take a look at the latest goings on in Coronation Street, EastEnders, Emmerdale, Hollyoaks and Doctors.
Jude’s lack of knowledge of the marine biology titles at the Kabin intrigues Tracy and she decides to tag along with Mary and Angie on an impromptu visit to Jude’s work. As Mary and Tracy arrive first with Angie on the phone outside they make a shocking discovery.
Meanwhile, David is concerned when Josh invites Chesney back to his house for lunch and tells Josh he is going to report him. David is even more shocked when he witnesses Josh flirting with Alya and Josh tells him he will prove he has a girlfriend making David’s claims less believable.
Elsewhere, Bethany fights Craig’s corner; Daniel decides to try and track down Vinny’s mum; Gary tells Sarah he plans to be part of his baby’s life and Michelle scoffs when Robert says that Ali has the hots for Carla.
Coronation Street, Friday at 7.30pm and 8.30pm on ITV, UTV and STV.
It’s the day of the club opening.
Louise tells Bex that she’s ready to sleep with Hunter. They’re overheard by Carmel who gives the girls some friendly advice, making Louise wonder if she really can trust Hunter.
Meanwhile, Hunter makes Phil question the strength of the security at the club and suggests hooking up the CCTV at the club to his mobile, so he can keep a constant eye on it.
Elsewhere, Tina tries to bring Billy and Honey back together but it doesn’t go to plan.

Laurel faces an emotional day as it’s been a year since Ashley’s death. Will she be able to cope?

An opportunity has arisen for Ryan in Brazil but will he convince Ste and the kids to join him, unaware it will be his escape? Tegan refuses to use her communication device – could it be due to Ryan’s threat?
Meanwhile, Kyle lies to James about his black eye whilst Nancy encourages Kyle to go to the police. Later, Kyle tells Sami he can’t keep lying to Nancy and makes Sami think about his relationship with Ellie.
Elsewhere, Ellie tries to cheer Alfie up but he’s still hearing voices; Diane is worried about Dee Dee’s behaviour.
Hollyoaks, Friday at 6.30pm on Channel 4 and a ‘first look’ at 7pm on E4.
