Mitch has charmed his way back into Karen’s life as she wakes to find him doing her ironing and acting the model father and husband. However Karen soon gets a shock.
Meanwhile, Jack is the envy of teenage boys in the Square with a sporty new car that he’s hired to impress Mel. Agreeing to let her take him for a spin, he patronises her but is left mortified when the car won’t start for him either.
Elsewhere, Jean gets the wrong end of the stick; Ted is shocked when Bernie has a confidence crisis.

DS Thorpe puts everything together after discovering that Ryan gave a false alibi but will he confront Ryan or protect his own flesh and blood?
Meanwhile, Adam meets DS Roxy who tells him that he has no official police protection, if Trigger’s body is found he could go to prison. Later, Adam gives an anonymous tip-off to the police of the location of Triggers body.

Hollyoaks, Tuesday at 6.30pm on Channel 4 and a ‘first look’ at 7pm on E4.
Daniel is still toying with whether to testify in court for Joni. He visits Joni’s psychotherapist, Mark, to help make an informed decision. Mark says that he has spoken to Joni at length and accepts her right to live as a girl, which seems to be the correct course for her at this present time.
Daniel returns to work still confused, and manages to catch up with Heston between patients. Heston is cautious; he made a psychotherapist referral without getting too involved. Daniel is coming round to the idea of assisting Lou in court but Heston advises him to speak to Joni’s father first.
