Pick of the Plots: Friday January 26th

SoapWorld takes a look at the latest goings on in Coronation Street, EastEnders, Emmerdale, Hollyoaks and Doctors.

SoapWeek: Corrie

Nicola apologises to Eileen for not standing up for her dad when he was innocent all along meanwhile Phelan is thrilled to have got the Site Manager job at the old mill project.

Learning that Bethany has a day off Gail and Audrey decide to check out the lap dancing club, unaware that Bethany is covering for another girl. Boss Lulu is suspicious of their questions and when Bethany walks on stage and sees them in the audience she’s mortified. Later, Bethany is furious with Audrey and Gail for getting her sacked. Sarah makes a decision which shocks Gail and Audrey.

Elsewhere, Eva’s still conflicted over the baby, but goes out to dinner with Adam; Adam lets Geraldine know that Summer is back; handsome newcomer Josh arrives at the garage to apply for the mechanic’s job.

Coronation Street, Friday at 7.30pm and 8.30pm on ITV, UTV and STV.


SoapWeek: EastEnders

There is no episode of EastEnders this evening.

SoapWeek: Emmerdale

Brenda tells Kerry that she must satisfy her curiosity regarding Bob’s mistress.

Elsewhere, Pete is struggling to herd sheep on a country road when he gets some assistance.

Emmerdale, Friday at 7pm on ITV, STV and UTV.


SoapWeek: Hollyoaks

Maggie hasn’t changed her mind about wanting to die so Damon decides to call the police about her and Scott. Scott confides in Diane who confronts Maggie.

Everyone is relieved when Maggie decides not to end her life prematurely. Her, Brody, Damon and Scott spend the afternoon together but it ends with Maggie passing away peacefully on The Dog jetty.

Elsewhere, Dirk and Milo are stunned when Cindy snogs Milo; Scarlett shows up in the village but Oliver refuses to leave; Grace finds out about Glenn and Trigger’s deal.

Hollyoaks, Friday at 6.30pm on Channel 4 and a ‘first look’ at 7pm on E4.


Doctors Pick of the Plots logo

A fed-up Jimmi gives Will some home truths, and Heston is shocked to discover the cause of an old friend’s psychotic episode.

Meanwhile, Al works his magic at a stag do and impresses a beautiful alien.
