SoapWeek: River City

It’s D-Day for Pete, he’s tracked down his ex-wife and he has to get her to agree to a divorce or face the wrath of Caitlin. Annie decides to go back to work, but when Alex’s business partner is revealed, she is thrown, and Frankie realises how much her actions affect her little sister.

River City, Tuesday at 8pm on BBC One Scotland.


SoapWeek: EastEnders

A relieved Stacey is reunited with her kids. Meanwhile, Kush demands answers from Carmel who admits why she called social services. Later, Stacey is frustrated when the social worker checks in and reveals they will be conducting some further home visits.

Woody is concerned when Linda tells him there’s a five week wait for an appointment at the hospital. With Linda acting strange, a worried Mick realises she’s unwell and she finally admits the truth – she had cancer and is scared it’s returned, leaving Mick stunned.

Elsewhere, Ted makes a proposal to Joyce; Max loiters as the doctors remove Jane’s breathing tube.

EastEnders, Tuesday at 7.30pm on BBC One. Repeated at 10pm on UKTV channel ‘W’.


SoapWeek: Emmerdale

Rishi is determined to meet Lydia’s new employee Una and Lydia’s feeling pressured to keep lying about this fictional creation. Nosey Kerry overhears her giving Rishi a phone number and is suspicious.

Liv’s unimpressed when Gerry steals a bottle of vodka from the B&B and Gabby swigs from it to blot out her worries. Doug soon realises someone’s stolen the booze and plays detective.

Elsewhere, plans are made following last week’s shocking events.

Emmerdale, Tuesday at 7pm on ITV, STV and UTV.


SoapWeek: Hollyoaks

Tony Hutchinson POV episode:

Following Harry’s murder confession, Tony hides his torment by focusing on a meeting at the bank about Nightingale’s. Harry is desperate to know what his dad’s going to do. Tony furiously blames Ste for corrupting Harry but Harry hits back, highlighting Tony’s inadequacies as a father.

After his meeting with the bank manager doesn’t go to plan, Tony approaches Ryan to reveal the truth but backs out. Back home, Tony turns on Harry, throwing him out of the flat. A flashback scene to the night Amy died confirms someone else was responsible for her untimely demise.

Hollyoaks, Tuesday at 6.30pm on Channel 4 and a ‘first look’ at 7pm on E4.

Rob is apprehensive ahead of his group PTSD therapy session. Karen offers him words of encouragement, getting firm when his reluctance persists. Rob arrives at the venue where Dave, the organiser, introduces him to the rest of group, some of whom are missing limbs. This isn’t at all what Rob was expecting.

When it’s Rob’s turn to open up, he states merely he doesn’t feel he belongs in this room, all that happened was that he saw something happen to someone else, not suffer as most of them have. Rob leaves and later lies to Karen about how much he divulged at the session.

Elsewhere, Daniel and Zara entertain their new friends, but will they go through with their intention?

Doctors, Tuesday at 1.45pm on BBC One.
