Steven turns to Max, revealing that Jane knows the truth about his tumour. Max’s mind turns elsewhere however when a tipsy Fi takes to the stage for her Walford in Bloom speech amid heckling protestors. As Max gives Fi a reality check, Jane pieces together the facts and comes to a startling realisation. Jane confronts Max at the restaurant, she knows about his revenge plan…
Meanwhile, Walford in Bloom comes to an abrupt end when in fear for her safety, the Mayor flees. Disaster strikes when a gas explosion rips through The Square after a gas main explodes.
Elsewhere, Linda makes a huge decision after seeing Mick and Whitney together; Honey throws a birthday party for Janet and Ricky; Billy confronts Phil about Jay; and Ted and Joyce celebrate their anniversary.

Kerry despairs at Dan’s stubbornness and claims Daz is a changed man. However, when Dan sees Daz’s injured wrist, he thaws towards him. Kerry’s pleased to see the two of them getting on better.
Debbie and Chrissie are both after Jacob’s Fold which Pollard intends to sell. Chrissie puts in the winning bid, leaving Debbie disappointed but Pollard then sneakily announces he intends to put the house up for auction anyway. Can Debbie afford the house?
Elsewhere, Robert tries to wheedle his way back into Home Farm; Nell’s feeling insecure.

Ste’s trial begins. Kate Garraway reports on the case from the village and Kathy returns.
Ryan visits Ste in prison and warns him about James’ sabotage. Ste is doubtful of Ryan’s claims until he witnesses James’s performance in court. The court is adjourned when Ste suffers crippling chest pains but he’s faking it to confront James. Ste threatens to report him. However, James silences him by revealing that he knows who really killed Amy…
Elsewhere, Ryan and Tegan kiss, Diane gives Mandy a job.
Hollyoaks, Monday at 6.30pm on Channel 4 and a ‘first look’ at 7pm on E4.
Ayesha receives a visit from the police with news of Bren’s death. Meanwhile, Ruhma is grilled by PC Watson over the stolen goods, until news of a death in custody sees her released. As Rob is questioned about Bren’s death, Ayesha visits her mother at the morgue where she lays into Emma for her lack of interest in Bren.
Rob is eventually proved to have checked up on Bren adequately, but he claims not to remember noticing anything wrong. Karen frets about him.
Meanwhile, Ruhma explains her arrest to Heston and wonders if she’s been set-up.
