As Dot is whisked away in an ambulance, a tamping fuming raging Sonia is quick to point out how neighbours and friends have failed to keep an eye on her. At the hospital, it transpires that Dot requires an operation to repair her hip. Robbie realises Sonia hasn’t told Bex that she wants her to move in with her and warns her she needs to be upfront.
Elsewhere, Johnny encourages Derek to open up; Mick’s final preparations for Linda’s arrival are thrown off course.

While being tutored by Louis at the Lovedays, Prince takes the opportunity to acquire some spare keys to the flat and later returns to get Simone’s jewellery, knocking Simone over when she catches him in the act.

It’s the day of the wedding and Heston is at The Mill until Mrs Tembe sends him away. He goes home where superstitions prohibit him from seeing Ruhma. Ruhma worries to Alia about Shak, but they’re both excited by the impending arrival of their stylists. Emma visits to drop off a present in lieu of attendance. Later, Ruhma lets Heston see her and worries some more about Shak. She goes in to try to talk to him, but he plays dumb.
Sid is faced with an overfamiliar patient after curing her dizziness. It’s very flattering, but patient and doctor can’t be involved. As she leaves, he turns and sees Megan. How much has she heard?
